Upper case letters are used for the first name and family name only. All middle names begin with lower case. For example: Leslie crompton Blackman: where crompton is an ancestral family name, and is often referred to in the familiar Leslie crompton, without his Blackman family name.
A selection of custom icons have been used which link to additional
information pages with a blue background. This opens in a new window, over the
existing window, so that both may be viewed at the same time. For viewers with
Internet Explorer4 or earlier it replaces previous window.
