The Will of
WALTER CROMPTON
of Sunderlandwicke Gentleman
Dated 1718

Gives to my Brother William Crompton all my real and personal estates charged with a yearly sum of £30 payable to my Sister Cheney Crompton but if my Brother should die I give all my estates to my Sister Cheney.

now of Scarborough Esq:

Whereas by my said Will I have given to my Brother William Crompton all my lands situate at Sunderlandwicke Skellington and Kilham now I charge the said lands with certain annuities hereinafter named

Gives to my Servant Susanna Spencer an annuity of £12

Gives Francis (sic) Randall Spinster late servant to Mr Craythorne of Ness and Kitty Randall her Sister children of Mrs Judith Randall my late Housekeeper an annuity of £4 a year

Gives Elizabeth Spencer and Walter Spencer children of Susanna Spencer an annuity of £4 a year

Whereas my eldest brother John Crompton lately died at Madras in the East Indies, Whereby I am now entitled to certain lands he died possessed of. Now I hereby give the same to my Brother William Crompton
